With over 30 years experience in Foodservice Management, Silver Management Services specializes in providing foodservice solutions for any and all foodservice needs.Small caterings or large, company picnics, concessions,contract foodservice management & Foodservice Consulting

 

 

Silver Management Services (SMS) owns and operates two food service operations, Hoagie Express and Winewood Station.  SMS also operates Suwannee Station under a foodservice contract for the Florida Department of Transportation in the Haydon Burns Building. These operations are opened Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch. 

Our Goal is to provide, made to order, quick serve, quality meals to the employees of the State of Florida

Hoagie Express'  offers made to order Breakfast and Lunch
 
Hoagie Express has a Signature Breakfast Scramble consisting of Scrambled Eggs, Home fries, Onions, Peppers, Cheese and your choice of Bacon, Sausage or Ham all scrambled together -- Yummy.
We also serve a variety of breakfast sandwiches with your choice of fried or scrambled eggs.

More than just Hoagies for lunch...we also serve hand-pattied burgers, hand-breaded chicken tenders, wings, Phillys and more.

We also specialize in Catering large groups for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We can Grill on site for 50 to 500, and we even Grill Breakfasts, including Croissant Sandwiches or Omelets!
